    SuperMap iServer 8C is an enterprise GIS server software.  It supports the publishing of OGC services such as WMTS, WMS, WFS, WCS, WPS, KML as well as SuperMap’s service in the REST interface.  The functionalities not only include basic map and data functions, but also online editing and professional GIS analysis functions such as bus transfer, network analysis, spatial analysis, etc.  In addition to 2D GIS service, iServer Java also provides 2D & 3D integration services and 3Dweb SDK for development.  It also supports the 2D & 3D integration cache.

     

    Distributed Tiling

    SuperMap iServer 8C uses SuperMap's new patent pending multi-node parallel tiling technique and dynamic scheduling monitoring method.  It utilizes distributed generation in the management and publishing of map tiles to enhance the performance, stability and usability of tiling.  The system supports a variety of distributed file systems, NAS and large data storage systems (such as FastDFS, EMC Isilon, etc.) further enhancing the access speed of the map tiles and the online map service access speed.
